He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Raymond and Lillie Allen Mire; his sisters, Marion Mary Gros, Elaine Domingue and Theresa Light; his former wife Nella "Nellie" Coupel Mire; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Camille Marie Benoit.
He is survived by: his wife Lynne Ann Dupuy Mire; his stepsons, Troy (Mary LaGrone Benoit) and Eric (Jessica McMasters Benoit); his stepgrandchildren, Hunter, Christian (Amber), Brogan, Joelle and Jesse; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Amelia, Olivia, Ariana and Liam; and his pet Peaches.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (402 S Kirkland St, Brusly, LA 70719). A rosary will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
