He is survived by: his siblings, Ted Ballard, Jr. (Sara), Tim Ballard and Jennifer Joiner (Clayton); his nieces, Cassidie Harrison and Cierra Joiner; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Garrett Harrison, Malleah Harrison and GraceLynn Joiner. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
