He was predeceased by: his brother Matthew Bryce Gomez; his niece Stevie Jo Blank; and his grandparents, David "Les", Erma Jo Loubiere, Catherine LeBlanc Gomez, Lewis J. Gomez, Sr., Charles Blank, Landon Blank, James "Pic" Gomez, Justin Cavalier, Josh Keller, Jacorey Rineheart, Caleb Boesch and Robert Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Brandy Lewis Gomez; his sons, Bentley, Abel and Dawson Gomez; his parents, Jolene Loubiere Blank (Charles) and Lewis "Buck" Gomez, Jr.; his siblings, Fallon Cavalier (Justin), Landon Blank (Dacia Adams), Ashlyn Gomez and Caleb Boesch; his stepmother April Gomez; his nephews, Westin and Walker Cavalier; and his grandmother Edna Mae Blank. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
