Judy Haywood Cook Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Haywood Cook of Addis, Louisiana, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Richard Cook Sr.; her parents, Virtus Haywood and Laura Weaver Haywood; her sister Suzanne League; and her son-in-law Dale Ainsworth.
She is survived by: her children, Bubba Cook (Gail), Debbie Ainsworth, Tommy Cook, James Cook (Sonia), Richard Cook (Heidi), Christy Garcia (Manny) and Laura Cook (Colby); and her brother Howard Haywood (Andrea). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wilbert Funeral Home to help with expenses.
