He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn Barbay Baker; his parents, Charles N. Baker Sr. and Rose Marie Baker; and his brothers, Dennis Baker and Ronald Lee Baker.
He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Landry (Drake); his stepchildren, Maria David (Chad) and Royal Rodriguez (Tara); his siblings, Charles N. Baker Jr. (Brenda) and Nancy Henninger; his nieces and nephews, Charles C. Baker, Brennan Baker, Colin Baker, Michael Baker, Lindsey Tullier and Leslie Sterzinger; his grandchildren, Rylan Landry, Blaise David, Maise David, Chelsie LeBlanc, Briana Rodriguez and Logan Rodriguez; his great grandchildren, Blaise Jr., Payton and Parker; and his godchildren, Chet Gaspard and Jamie Marino.
