He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann LeBlanc Guidry of Lafayette; his children, Sydney Guidry, Rebecca Goebel (Joseph), Katy Guidry and Paul Guidry; his parents, Alton J. Guidry and Elsie L. Guidry; his siblings, Chad Guidry (Sarah), Neal Guidry and Dyan G. Credeur; and his granddaughter Anna-Lynn Goebel. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews, as well as cousins, extended family and dear friends.
