He was predeceased by: his mother Leona Lacy LeBlanc; and his grandparents, Percy Lacy (Rena) and Meus LeBlanc (Solita). He is survived by: his close friend Tracy Romero; his son Chaz LeBlanc (Shelbi); his siblings, Holly LeBlanc and Thomas Clayton LeBlanc, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Robert LeBlanc, Anthony LeBlanc, George LeBlanc and Rosemarie LeBlanc.
