She was predeceased by: her daughter Shaelynn Ann Boudreaux; her grandparents, Maurice, III, Doris Boudreaux, Harold Quebedeaux and Adonia Gerard; and her stepgrandfather Clifton Gautreaux.
She is survived by: her parents, Allen J., Sr. and Donna Gail Melancon Boudreaux of Breaux Bridge; her siblings, Allen J. Boudreaux, Jr. (Tracy Baudoin) of Henderson and Shannon Boudreaux of Breaux Bridge; her nieces, Eisele, Eliza and Emelia; her godparents, Allen (Madelyne Gerard) and Mary Knott Landry; and her godchild Trinity Bellard. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mandy's name to the family.
