We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2023, at the age of 84, Leda Savant Bertrand of Acadiana, Louisiana, born in Pine Prairie, Louisiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leda Savant Bertrand to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Velton Peter Bertrand; her parents, Tennis Pierre and Velma Ardoin Savant; and her brother-in-law Willie Fournier. She is survived by: her children, Norbert Dainey Bertrand (Janice) of Rogersville, TN and Mona Rhee Bertrand Broussard (Carlos) of Delcambre, LA; her half-brother Keith Savant (Nancy); and her sisters, Bobbie Jean Savant Fournier, Lawanna Jo Fee (Earl) and Katie Savant. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leda's name to the First Baptist Church of Broussard.
