He is survived by: his wife Misty Lynn Bergeron Fontenot of Duson; his stepchildren, Logan Apple of Duson and Camryn Guidry of Lafayette; his parents, Louis James "Butch" and Sharon Kay Pollock Fontenot of Lafayette; and his sister Jessica Fontenot of Lafayette. He is also survived by one niece; two nephews and numerous dear friends.
