He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Emerson Bonar and Sara Carlotta Hill Bonar. He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Bonar (Jarod Gaspard) of Lafayette and Sara Bonar of New Orleans. He is also survived by extended family and numerous friends.
