She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elton and Irene Braddock Burch; her sons, Eric Breland and Jerome Breland; and her sister Mary Ann Matte.
She is survived by: her daughter Dominique Varnado Stroup of Lafayette; her siblings, Miles Finley (Dot), Jimmy Burch (Lynette) of Scott, LA, Dianne Bass of Tylertown, MS and Janice Corken of Franklinton, LA; and her grandchildren, Kieran, Kylen and Cali Stroup. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
