He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacques "Jack", Sr. Houston and Lorraine Hamilton Houston; his sister Victoria Smith; and his mother-in-law Gloria Dean Guilbeau McDuffie. He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Cathy" Houston; his children, Holly Houston Paline (Danny), Heidi Houston Pharis, Brandon McDuffie and Jacques Houston, III (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Jordan Paline, Breland Paline, Logan Paline, Sebastian Pharis, Nathaniel Pharis and Callum Pharis (CJ); his brother Tom Houston (Catheryne); and also Joan Ward Houston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
