He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ann'Banny'Smith Billon; his parents, Oscar D. Billon and Vera Smith Billon; and his brothers, James Billon and Will Billon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melinda Billon and Elizabeth Canterbury; and his grandchildren, Emily Paull, Bonnie Al-Mutairi, Matthew Canterbury and Connor Canterbury.
He also served as a City Prosecutor in Rayne, Louisiana, where he made valuable contributions to his community.
