Hank Cowen III Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2021, at the age of 61, Hank Cowen III of Acadiana, Louisiana, born in Crowley, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry Cowen, Jr. and MaxAnn Duson Dantzler; and his stepfather Walt Dantzler. He is survived by: his wife Jan Halphen Cowen of Lafayette; his daughter Natalie Cowen (Devyn Forrester) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Finley and Westin Forrester; his siblings, Todd Cowen (Ashley) of Mandeville, LA and Julie Portmann (Helmut) of Covington, LA; his stepmother Teri Cowen of Lafayette; and his stepbrothers, Lawrence G. Pugh, III (Nina) of New Orleans, Scott Pugh (Anne) of Slidell, LA and John Pugh of New Orleans. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
With regards to the most recent mandates of the current pandemic, masks and social distancing are required for gatherings in the church and cemetery.
