He is survived by: his wife Lesly Portillo Aguilar of Lafayette; his son Francisco Javier Aguilar, Jr. (Leila Amira Khansa) of Houston, TX; his parents, Francisco Rafael Aguilar and Rosario Nolasco Aguilar of Nueva Armenia, Honduras; his siblings, Bryan Aguilar (Diana) of La Lima and Aileen Nickerson (Kyle) of Baton Rouge; and his granddaughters, Ayah Sofia Aguilar and Yara Marlene Aguilar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
