He was predeceased by: his sister Emily Elizabeth Rhodes; and his grandparents, Gerald Clotiaux, Florence Clotiaux, Dan and Betty Rhodes.

He is survived by: his friends, Sammy Kershaw, Marty Slayton Jordan and George Strait; his parents, Michael Lane Rhodes of Baton Rouge, LA and Katherine Clotiaux Rhodes of Youngsville, LA; his siblings, Adam Layne Rhodes of Youngsville, LA and Sydney Elysse Rhodes of Baton Rouge, LA; and his girlfriend Katy Walding of Alexandria, LA.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fountain Memorial Funeral Home (1010 Pandora St, Lafayette, LA 70506). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
