Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Terrel leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Noel and Geraldine Noel. He is survived by: his wife Celestine Noel (Tina); and his sisters, Gloria Aymond, Kathy Wray, Missy Noel, Claire Sniff and Dana St. Pierre.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bagnell & Son Funeral Home (75212 Lee Rd, Covington, LA 70435). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home (75212 Hwy 437, Covington, LA 70435). A burial was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at the Eternal Rest Cemetery (75212 Lee Rd, Covington, LA 70435).
