She is survived by: her husband Mark Hazlett of Abita Springs; her sons, Matthew Hazlett (Robin) of Arabi and Mitchell Hazlett of Abita Springs; her father Gerald Blanchard (Carol) of Mt. Pleasant; her sister Yvette Johnston (Tom) of Harvey; her granddaughters, Brynn and Reese; and her stepsiblings, Robert Kline (Denise) of San Francisco, Nancy Rathman (Bill) of Mt. Pleasant and Susan Aviles of Mt. Pleasant.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Home Chapel (20419 LA-36, Covington, LA 70433). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
