She is survived by: her husband Donald Joseph Simon; her sons, Lynn F. Simon (Belinda), Donny L. Simon (Janet) and Dean P. Simon (Min); her grandchildren, Lindsay Watson (Aaron), Ashley Broussard (Derek), Justin Simon (Leah), Hillary Faber (David), Tiffany Rudolph (Garrett) and Jacob Eichfeld; and her brother Roy Sherman. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
