He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Meaux, Sr. and Dorothy Beaudeaux; and his sisters, Louana Meaux and Debra Meaux. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Meaux of Abbeville, Sandra Bourque (Charles) of Kaplan and Maurice Meaux, Jr. of Abbeville; his daughter Edith Sharmine Trahan (Clayton); his grandchildren, Ella and Emmett Trahan; and his godchildren, Jennifer Oliver, Blade Thomas, Kelby Meaux and Tara Beaudeaux. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
