He is survived by: his wife Ethel Mitchell; his children, Tessa Mitchell (Rick), Percy Mitchell Jr., Troy Green and Anthony Green (Sherry); his grandchildren, Pertavia Mitchell, Jaderron Mitchell, Anthony "Tony" Green, Samantha Green, Trayon Harrison, Brineshia Willis and Porsha Lewis; and his great grandchild Karsyn Mitchell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
