Duhon, Sr.; her parents, Philogene Dyson and Helen Leger Dyson; her siblings, Felix Dyson of Orange, Israel Dyson of Maurice, Phelonese Dyson LeBlanc of Winnie, Doris Dyson Pierce of Mermentau, Dora Dyson Tomasello of Beaumont, Eula Dyson Rubert of Folsom, Leona Dyson Baudoin of Milton, Annie Dyson Firmin of Lake Charles, Cora Dyson Morgan of Folsom and Helen Dyson; and her grandsons, Jonathan Emile Duhon and Jacob John Duhon.
She is survived by: her sons, Carbett J. Duhon, Jr. (Cynthia Dugas Duhon) of Abbeville La and Robert "Bob" Duhon (Linda LaFont Duhon); her grandchildren, Carbett "Trey" Duhon, III (Lisa) of Hempstead, Jonathan Blake Duhon (Linda) of Corinth, Alisha Marie Duhon of Baton Rouge and Austin Christopher Duhon of Baton Rouge; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Daniel Duhon and Cadi Anna Duhon of Corinth; and her sister Theresa Dyson Abshire of Abbeville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalen Church (300 Pere Megret St, Abbeville, LA 70510). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Jude's Children Hospital.
