He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jo; his daughter Pamela Allen; and his son-in-law Rev. Philip North. He is survived by: his children, Rev. Tex Pruitt (Medina), Jamie North, Dr. Juanita Lockett (Jerome) and Zula Odell (Terry). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 5 (soon to be 6) great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Abbeville Pentecostal Church (100 Odea St, Abbeville, LA 70510). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holder Cemetery.
