He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee and Maude White Butler; his grandson LeeVon Joshua Howard; and his daughter-in-law Peggy Butler. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Eads Butler; his children, Charles Butler and Donna Howard (James); and his granddaughters, Krystal Boutin (Blake), Victoria Savoy (Chad) and Kristi Koch (Nick). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
