He was predeceased by: his mother Lovenia Abshire Daigle; and his stepfather Curley Daigle. He is survived by: his wife Donna Bourque Abshire; his children, Shawn Broussard (CeCe) of Katy, TX, Brett Doucet (Elizabeth) of Ville Platte, LA and Tara Broussard of Maurice; his siblings, Ronnie Daigle, Prejean and Debbie Daigle; and his grandchildren, Gaige Barrilleaux, Anna Barrilleaux, Ellie Doucet, Millie Doucet and Baylor Doucet.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Vincent Funeral Home of Abbeville (209 S St Charles St, Abbeville, LA 70510). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Vincent Funeral Home (209 S St Charles St, Abbeville, LA 70510).
