With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brandie Stakes of Abbeville, Louisiana, who passed away on August 27, 2024 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Adam Gaspard; her father Wallace Stakes; her grandparents, Bobby "Gampy" Gary and Sibil Gary (Maw); and her aunt Susan Buckelew.
She is survived by: her daughter Adia Gaspard; her mother Tammy Stakes; her sister Joslynn Stakes; her uncles, John Buckelew of Abbeville, Roger Stakes of Lafayette, Hollis Stakes of Hawaii and Skip Fluman of Abbeville; her nieces, Brooklyn Gaspard of Abbeville, Derrian Gaspard of Abbeville, Brylee Gaspard of Meaux and Layla Gaspard of Abbeville; and her nephew Jayce Gaspard of Abbeville.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Meeting Room at Palmetto State Park (19501 Pleasant Dr, Abbeville, LA 70510).
