It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Godbey (Yosemite, Kentucky), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on August 19, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Wallace Godbey. He is survived by: his parent Sadie Elva McAninch Godbey; his children, Linda Hamilton (Jerry) of Liberty and Paul William Godbey of Yosemite; his grandchildren, Cedric Allen, Sadie Katherine Godbey and Allen Payne Godbey; and his great grandchildren, Lily Grace Hamilton and Landon Graham Hamilton.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Gideon's International or the Middleburg Baptist Church Building Fund P.O. Box 83 Middleburg, KY 42541.
