She was predeceased by: her parents, Logan Salyers and Lydia May Salyers; her former husband Donald Black; her husband Elliott Cisco; and her siblings, Earl Salyers and Hazel Sheppard.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Ray Black (Lois) of Mt. Washington, Joseph Lee Black (Lynette) of Yosemite, Five and Dwight Black of Yosemite, Five; and her sister Denola Sims of Crab Orchard, One. She is also survived by Five Grandchildren, Eight Great Grandchildren, Two Great Great Grandchildren.
