He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Noe Statham of Somerset, KY and James Victor Statham; his wife Janice Rena Cain Statham; his sons, Eric Keith Statham of Yosemite and Michael Paul Statham of Berea, KY; and his siblings, Kimberly Isert of Florida and Van Alan Statham.
