He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Ellison and Alma Rayburn Ellison of Yosemite, KY.; and his granddaughter Madeleine DeShea Brockman. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Grider Ellison; his children, Nick Ellison (Starla), Andrea Clements (Dwayne) and James Ellison (Laura); his grandchildren, Allison, Cody, Johnie, Shelbie, Clyde Jr., Harley and Haleigh; his great grandchildren, Roman, Camden, Declan and Colton; his siblings, Portia Phelps (Tommy), Debbie Yates and Clarence Ellison, Jr. (Angie); and his nieces, Stephanie Dykes, Jyn Yates, Caroline Dixon and Beth Long (Larry).
From the young age of 32, Barry struggled with Parkinson's Like Syndrome.
