She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Bailey and Dahlia Fields Bailey; and her husband Johnny Adams. She is survived by: her children, Dahlia Church (Darrell) of Stockport, OH, Louise Clark of Smilax, KY, Gladys Ann Pennington (Hershel) of Smilax, KY., Henry L. Adams, Johnny Lynn Adams (Kristy) and Leon Adams of Yeaddiss, KY. She is also survived by grandchildren, thirty-seven cherished great-grandchildren, twenty-two great-great-grandchildren, as well as a host of step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
