He is survived by: his father Melvin Thomas, Sr. of McKee, KY.; his wife Susan Adams Thomas of Carrolton, KY.; his daughters, Spring Cowell, Jasmine Thomas and Melaine Thomas; his sisters, Joyce Hearne and Tammy Ayers of McKee, KY.; and his grandsons, Jonathan Cowell and David Cowell.
