She is survived by: her husband Larry Lewis; her daughter Pamela (Thomas Baker); her siblings, Eugene Gross (Joyce), Harold Wayne Gross (Norma) of Stanford, Helen Smith (Hurlen) of Wolfe Creek and Maxine Baker of Hazard; her grandchildren, Joshua Baker (Samantha), Ashley Amburgey (Travis), DaShanna Baker and Alex Bolton; and her great grandchildren, Tristan Baker, Joshua Amburgey, Adalyn Kilbourne and Layla Bolton. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
