With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jake Burkhart of Yeaddiss, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Keffie Burkhart and Lizzie Turner Burkhart; and his sisters, Ruth Baker and Marie Ross. He is survived by: his wife Irene Blevins Burkhart; his children, Sandra Lea Lewis of Yeaddiss, Kentucky. and Anthony Burkhart; his daughter-in-law Teeonya of Yeaddiss; his siblings, Jeff Burkhart of Yeaddiss and Ruby Baker of Bledsoe, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Rowen, Whitney, Jake, Tyler and George; his great grandchildren, Gracelyn, Dash, Jett and Rush Cooper; and his siblings-in-law, Nora Burkhart and Henry Baker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other treasured relatives and friends.
