We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2020, at the age of 87, Hurlen Lewis of Yeaddiss, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Lewis and Emily Turner Lewis; and his siblings, Paul, Cleve Lewis and Evelyn Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Boggs Lewis; his daughters, Wanda Morgan of Yeaddiss, KY, Linda Lewis and Darlene Best (Kenny); his siblings, Clifford Lewis (Bonnie), Eugene Lewis, Billy Ray Lewis, Elizabeth Roberts (Victor), Vernell Lewis, Lois Brock (Johnny), Faye North (James), Joyce Lewis and Cinda Joseph; his grandchildren, Carrie Ann Coots, Joshua Joseph and Jessica Dione Wegford; his great grandchildren, Whitney Michelle Mize, Shawn Michael Mize, Chelsey Morgan Coots, Caitlyn Cheyanna Coots, Brandy Lynn Horn and Courtney Lashae Joseph; his great great grandchildren, Shaylynn Grace Horn, Ryanna Rose Horn, Easton Joshua Horn, Bryson Gage Turner, Madison Jane Collins and Allyson Nicole Cadinke Saylor; his granddaughter Jessica Diane Wegford; and his friends, Due and Hurlen Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
