He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lewis of Yeaddiss, KY; his stepdaughter Misty; his siblings, David Lewis (Sandy) of Yeaddiss, KY, Daniel Lewis (Teresa) of Yeaddiss, KY, Larnie Lewis of Viper, KY, Linda Lewis of Yeaddiss, KY, Brenda Lewis of Yeaddiss, KY, Loretta Burkhart (David) of Harlan, KY and Rebecca Lewis of Stinnett, KY.; and his nieces and nephews, Billy, Tommy, Ricky Alan, Adam, Brandon, Jacob, William Jorge, Ming, Sherry, Michele, Jessica, Hannah and Eden. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
