He is survived by: his significant other Christine Mitchell; his children, David Wayne (Melissa Mitchell) of Yeaddiss, KY, Tammy (Steven Hacker) of Stinnett, KY and Renee (Michael Johnson) of Berea, KY; his grandchildren, Tanielle (Thomas Kemper), Kristen-Joe Howard, Madison-Darrin Feltner, Jareth Hacker, Haley Mitchell, Hannah Mitchell, Makayla Johnson, Mikey Johnson and Makenzie Johnson; his great grandchildren, Keira Howard, Trey Kemper, Jayde Howard and Tessa Kemper; his stepmother Rose Mitchell; and his siblings, Lonis (Marie Mitchell), Larry (Mavie Mitchell), Jeffrey Mitchell, Dallie (Carl Maggard), Kathy Shepherd and Ann Mitchell.
