He is survived by: his wife Agnes Anna Heath Tolliver; his children, Willis Eric Tolliver (Robin) of Waverly, OH, Calvin Matthew Tolliver (Regina) of Waverly, Sheila Kay Adkins (Gary) of Load, Rebecca Ann Bailey (Allen) of Eden Prairie, MN and Dorothy Anna Napier (Gary) of Wayne, WV; and his siblings, Donald Tolliver (Mary) of Lloyd, Sabrina Kiser of Wilmington, OH and June Iery of Lloyd. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
