We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2022, at the age of 67, Vicki Inez Williams of Wurtland, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stewart and Virginia Cumpston Stewart; her husband Clifford Williams; her son Eric Kelly; and her siblings, Sherman Stewart, Willy Stewart, Mary Ann Hockley and Tommy Stewart.
She is survived by: her sibling Fork Nazarene Church; her children, Nathan Kelly (Ronni) and Nedra Gipson (Brian); her grandchildren, Brianna Gipson, Michael York, Jenny Gipson, Cody Kelly, Justin Kelly and Alley Kelly; her siblings, Tony, Barry, John Stewart, Ruth Clear and Eva Stewart; and her close friend Little Vic. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Carman Funeral Home to assist in final expenses.
