He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Dunlap and Shirley Ruby Dunlap; and his brother Paul Dunlap. He is survived by: his wife Debra Woomer Dunlap; his sons, Timothy Dunlap, II, Michael Critchfield (Bridget) and Brian Critchfield (Jill); his grandchildren, Erin Bagley (Daniel), Aubrey Turnipseed (Ryan), Heidi Critchfield, Hayden Critchfield, Joseph Critchfield, Coleman Critchfield, Hannah Critchfield and Talbert Dunlap; and his sister Erin Stephens.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1001 Kenwood Dr, Russell, KY 41169).
