He is survived by: his wife Michelle Lee Simpkins of Wurtland; his siblings, Tammy Helem of Columbus, OH, Ernie Simpkins (Doretha) of Wurtland, Kim Simpkins Arthur of Flatwoods and Russell Simpkins of Flatwoods; his nieces and nephews, Casie Lee Arthur, Cortney Faye Culpepper, Caprix Helem, Montoyia Helem, Shania Peck-Helem, Kayla Joy Simpkins, Sierra Boggs, Dylan Boggs and Brandon Boggs; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, David Johnson, Amiyah Helem and Haven Mullins. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
