Burks Jr. of Wurtland, Kentucky and Linda Lowe (Gary) of South Shore, Kentucky; his daughter-in-law Michelle Burks of Las Vagas, Neveda; his grandchildren, Angela Dicostanzo (Drew) of Las Vegas, Jeremiah Haywood of South Shore, Samantha Howell of McArthur and J. R. Nichols of Arcata, California; his great grandchildren, Dylan Dicostanzo, Sydney Howell, Wyatt Howell and Luna Rose Nichols; and his siblings, Bessie Phelps of Roanoke, Virgina, Dottie Doss of Wurtland, Jimmy Burks of Wurtland and Larry Burks of Lynchburg, Virigina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
