He was predeceased by: his parents, Algie Stith and Hattie Brooks Stith; his wife Shirley Lawanna Maggard Stith; his son Terry Jackson Stith; his grandson Chrisopher Stith; and his siblings, Loretta Stith, Judy Fitzpatrick, Dovetta Kouns, Ernestine Barker, Betty Crum, Carol Allen, Chester Stith, Russ Stith, Ray Stith, Kenny Stith and John Litteral.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Shawn Stith (Mary Ruggles) of Greenup, Kentucky, Tami Hall of Warsaw, Shane Burke (Ashley) of Russell, Dusty Stith (Carl Maynard) of Ironton, Travis Stith (Anna) of Paris and Ben Stith (Shannon) of Waraw, Virginia; his great grandchildren, Jason, Britany, Johnanthan, Logan, Kayla, Angela Renee, Brandon, Porstia, Riley, Brittany, Blair, Aiden, Taylor and Conner; and his daughter-in-law Patricia Stith of Wurtland, Kentucky. He is also survived by nine great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
