He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Slone and Ruth G. Jeanguenat Slone; and his former wife Sharon Pruitt Slone. He is survived by: his wife Diane Gillum Slone of Wurtland; and his children, Gina Slone Worthington (Roger) of Greenup, Greg Slone (Tonya) of Indiana, Scott Slone (Sonya) of Greenup, Jeff Waddell (Diana) of Grayson and Tracey Waddell (Ashley) of Ashland. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
