He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Hill (Clayton) of Ashland and Stephanie Barker of Ashland; his siblings, Elwood (Rita), Charles (Pat), Ellis Jr. (Pam), Donald (Donna), David Doolin, Brenda Yonts and Judy Sallie (Gary); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Barker, Zach Barker, Emma Hill and Isabella Hill; and his great grandchild Indigo Layne Barker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
