We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2024, at the age of 88, Georgia Lovelo Burkhardt of Wurtland, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lovell Carter and Georgia Pack Carter; and her siblings, George Carter and Lowlo Lou Carter. She is survived by: her husband Raymond E; and her siblings, Larry Carter (Brenda) of Middletown, Ohio and Gail Harris (Aaron) of Greenup, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
