She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Ray Fowler of Flatwoods, KY, Theresa "Terri" Fowler of Portsmouth, OH and Melissa Dawn Fowler of Flatwoods, KY; and her sister Belva Joyce Bolton (David) of Jackson, MI.
