She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Chapman and Gladys Marie Breeden (Roberts); and her brothers, Chester Eugene Chapman, Lloyd Chapman, Russell Chapman, Donald Chapman and Walter Chapman.
She is survived by: her husband John Chriss of Worthville, KY; and her children, Vickie Bragg of Cleveland, OH, Tracey Tetlak of Worthville, KY and Ferdinand Tetlak (Stacey) of Cleveland, OH. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
