She is survived by: her parents, Eugene Jr. Wagers and Amanda L. Washington, KY, Jeff Smith of Louisville, KY, Betty, Eddie Niedlow of Shepherdsville, KY, Loretta Smith of Louisville, KY. and Eugene Wagers, Sr.; and her great-grandparents, L. D., Mary Burford, Ance, Mae Wagers, Thomas Smith, Lucy and Cleon Jaggers. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
